Villa in Incekum, one of the greenest areas of Alanya. Our villa, surrounded by coniferous forests, is located only 1 km from the famous Incekum beach.
The living area of the two - storey 4+1 villa on an area of 500 m2 is 388 m2. The exterior is designed in the Ottoman architectural style – the oriental arches and ancient brickwork take us mentally to an oriental fairy tale. The lighting of the building also provides the continuation of this feeling. But inside, all this oriental elegance meets perfectly with high-tech materials used in construction and interior design.
First-class materials are used at every stage of construction and decoration. There is a stylish built-in kitchen, cupboards and sanitary ware in the bathrooms, double glazed windows with metal shutters throughout the villa.

The stairs to the second floor are equipped with a large window to the floor. On the second floor there is a room with a small built-in kitchen behind it. Thus, the second floor becomes fully autonomous, you can enjoy the panoramic sea view from the terrace and stay there or entertain your guests without going down.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. There are two bedrooms, one with a bathroom, and an additional room. All rooms have access to terraces or balconies.
Incekum is known for its sunsets and the fragrant pine forest surrounding the resort is another distinguishing feature of the area.
