After receiving the title deed of your dream house, we want to continue to make your process easier as your representative “Art Alanya”. As a first task, you will need to start subscription processes such as electricity, water, telephone. We will continue to be with you at the beginning of the process as well as afterwards. In order to simplify the procedure, you can opt in to  give us a power of attorney and we will make your subscription transactions on your behalf.

DASK (Earthquake and Natural Disaster Insurance Institution)

Before all transactions, you need to have the DASK policy, which is mandatory by the state. If your property is damaged by an earthquake, your damage will be covered by this insurance. DASK insurance fee is determined on a per-square meter basis. 

For 2022: 

Reinforced concrete buildings 1.508 TL 

Other buildings 1,040 TL 

The maximum guarantee amount for all building types is 320 TL

Electric

When applying for electricity subscription, you pay the file fee, stamp duty, disconnect/connecting fee and security fee. You pay the electricity security fee in advance during the transaction. This fee, which varies according to the regions, is determined by multiplying the electrical power of the region by the unit price.

Minimum security deposit to be paid for 2022:

• Residence 188 TL
• Workplace 534.5 TL

The documents requested are as follows:

• Dask policy number or policy (in places subject to compulsory earthquake insurance)
• Turkish Identity Number
• For non-Turkish citizens, temporary Turkish identity number, passport number or equivalent document number with international validity
• Account number

The documents required from legal entities are as follows:

• Account number
• Turkish Identity Number
• Dask policy number or policy (in places subject to compulsory earthquake insurance)
• Tax plate (Tax number, tax office, trade name)
• Trade registry number and name of trade registry office
• Signature circular (company stamp if specified in the signature circular)
• Notarized power of attorney (if transactions are made by proxy)

Water 

Water subscription fees are the same for each city. Water subscription fee for home or workplace in 2022 has been determined as an average of 220 TL.

The documents required in the application are as follows:

• Proof of identity
• Building occupancy permit or general occupancy certificate
• Property statement (Landlord, tenant)
• TCIP statement (queried from the database managed by the Catastrophe Insurance Pool)
• If action will be taken on behalf of the company, "Presentation of authorization document, submission of circular of signature"
• If the proxy will follow the proceedings, the original or notarized copy of the Power of Attorney will be submitted.
• If the original power of attorney is obtained by the Land Registry Directorate, it must be approved by the relevant institution on the photocopy that "they have the original power of attorney"

Internet

You can apply to one of the popular reliable companies such as Türk Telekom, Superonline, Turkcell or Vodafone. Once the application is completed, you will have an internet connection within an average of 3 to 5 days. Companies offer various campaigns at different prices.

The required documents required for the application are as follows:

• Subscription agreement issued by the institution
• Identity document and photocopy
• If the applicant is a foreign national, passport, ship/boat document if applicable, identity card stating that he is a foreign citizen and his mission

Natural Gas

You can apply for a subscription from the Customer Service Centers bringing your application documents. Following your application, an authorized specialist from the company comes to your house and examines it. Once the expert approves, you can have natural gas in your home by paying the subscription fee to the institution. Subscription fees are the same for each city.

The natural gas subscription fee determined for 2022 has been determined as 1,158 TL + 18% VAT = 1,366,44 TL + Stamp Duty up to 200 m2. After 200 m2, 1.007 TL + 18% VAT = 1.188.26 TL + Stamp Duty is charged additionally for every 100 m2.
